These Terms of Service govern the use of Myth Upload, a desktop application designed to assist authorized users with managing and scheduling video uploads to YouTube.

1. Authorized Use

Myth Upload may only be used with YouTube channels and Google accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage.

2. Google and YouTube Authorization

Myth Upload uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system and the official YouTube Data API.

Users are responsible for granting only the permissions they intend to provide and may revoke access through their Google Account settings.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, tags, metadata, scheduling decisions, and other content they upload through Myth Upload.

Users must comply with YouTube's applicable policies, Community Guidelines, copyright requirements, and terms.

4. Automated Features

Myth Upload may provide automated functions including metadata generation, upload scheduling, duplicate detection, and video publishing assistance.

Users remain responsible for reviewing generated information before publishing content.

5. Availability

Myth Upload is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be affected by internet connectivity, Google API availability, YouTube API limitations, authorization status, or third-party service changes.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their computers, authorization tokens, API credentials, and other local application files from unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Myth Upload is intended as an automation and productivity tool. The developer is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect user configuration, unauthorized account access, platform policy violations, removed content, failed uploads, or changes made by third-party platforms.

8. Changes to the Service

Myth Upload features may be modified, updated, or discontinued as platform APIs, application requirements, or development priorities change.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page.
